The environmental area is focused on providing advice to companies from different industries in the compliance with the obligations derived from the general and sectorial environmental legislation, as well as in the compliance with the different commitments of the environmental management instruments applicable to each activity.

We have extensive experience advising large investment projects to obtain, modify or update their environmental management instruments. With a preventive approach, our practice includes technical-legal advice for the compliance of environmental obligations that can be audited, the performance of technical-legal audits of environmental performance, as well as the formulation of strategies to correct and/or distort findings of environmental supervisions.
