The area of Energy and Mining focuses its advice on obtaining all the necessary qualifications to build and operate this kind of project as well as daily consulting in the development of their activities.
With respect to Energy, our practice includes the accompaniment in the negotiation of Power Supply Agreements (PPA), tariff regulation, reimbursable contributions and obtaining temporary and definitive concessions for electrical activities before the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM). We also provide services in the field of oil and natural gas, both upstream and downstream.
On the other hand, with respect to Mining, we sponsor before the MINEM the obtaining of mining concessions, benefit concessions and, in general, we carry out consultancy on mining contracts and the regulation applicable to all the activity of said sector.
