Mauricio Salinas has wide experience providing legal advice to companies on Mining, Environmental and Regulatory Law in general, specifically for the attainment of permits and environmental management for investment projects in the sector of mining, industry, agriculture, energy and transportation.
Specialist in the attainment of essential permits and authorizations for the start and continuation of investment projects of the extractive industry. He also provides legal advice for the adequate compliance of environmental and regulatory obligations.
He has been in-house counsel of Nexa Resources, where he directed the regulatory and legal affairs of one polymetallic mine and the exploration projects of the company. He also was associate at Lazo & De Romaña Abogados and Rubio, Leguía & Normand abogados law firms.
