Daniel Chavez has wide professional experience in litigation and preventive legal counseling in criminal matter, with special emphasis in penal procedural scope and legal defense strategies.

His professional exercise comprises the legal representation of the individual or legal entity within a criminal investigation or proceedings at preliminary and/or court level before the several institutions and facilities responsible for the corresponding investigations and trials, as well as the preventive legal counseling and commercial procedural auditing.
