Luis Eduardo Aliaga Blanco is the partner responsible for the Real State Area.
He has a wide experience in legal advice in all sectors within such area of expertise.
His advice includes the processing of registration orders, legal analysis of real estate assets, property restructuring (urban and rural properties), real estate contracts, urban regulation, construction permits and property management (obtaining rights of use of land) for investment projects.
He has participated in multiple transactions related to obtaining rights of use of land for the construction of hydroelectric, wind, solar generation, mining and hydrocarbon projects, as well as commercial and residential construction projects.
In the academic aspect, he has been a speaker and professor of Registrar Recording Law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, as well as a columnist and writer of many relevant articles on property formalization issues.
He has been an associate of the Real Estate Area of Miranda & Amado Abogados and Senior Associate of the Real Estate Area of Lazo & De Romaña Abogados.
